Celebrate El día de los niños/Children's Day with Tulare Public Library and Chef Anhi Southard from the Asian Taco! She will provide a kid friendly food demonstration on her food truck. The many dishes on her menu reflect her family's culture: a fusion of Korean and Mexican ingredients. See how a food truck kitchen operates and pick up some Spanish vocabulary at the same time. We can't wait to see what's cooking! This special program is courtesy of a grant from REFORMA: The National Association to Promote Library & Information Services to Latinos and the Spanish Speaking. |
