Día de los niños/Día de los Libros is an annual, nationally recognized initiative that emphasizes the importance of literacy for all backgrounds. Let’s celebrate by enjoying an amazing performance by the students of the Guitars Antiqua Music Program. Guitars Antiqua is an after-school program that focuses on teaching children music through the classical guitar. We will make Mexican folk art flowers and give away free books after the performance. This program is for families, but is more suitable for children 5 and older. Every child will receive one free book. Books will be given on a first-come, first-serve basis, while supplies last. |
